TIREY, Justice.

The action is one for the removal of each of the respondents from their office as trustees of the Aldine Independent School District of Harris County. The State of Texas, acting by and through Hon. Tom Resweber, County Attorney, of Harris County, brought the action upon the relation of Charles C. Nichols, W. B. Lauderdale, Ernest B. Pate, and Chester W. Sanders, and the petition prayed for the entry of an order directing the issuance of citation and service on Harry F. Am-mons, Carl H. Tautenhahn, and Robert L. Whitmarsh, the action having been brought under Provisions of Title…
