[EDITOR'S NOTE: This case is unpublished as indicated by the issuing court.] [RULING RE: DEFENDANT'S (L M AMBULANCE)MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT (FILE #119)] This action was initially brought against Hartford Hospital and Dr. Peter Azar by writ, summons and complaint dated May 3, 1991. The action arises out of incidents which occurred on February 4, and 5, 1989. The revised complaint (File #106) alleges that on February 4, 1989, plaintiffs, decedent, complaining of chest pain and other symptoms was transported by ambulance from her home to Hartford Hospital where she was examined by Dr. Azar.…
