Anna Reese, widow of Charles J. Reese, was awarded compensation under the Workmen’s Compensation Law for the benefit of herself and minor children by the referee and board, and now has a judgment of a court of common pleas. The Pennsylvania Railroad Company, on appeal to this court, seeks a reversal of the judgment on the grounds (1) that deceased was not acting in the course of his employment at the time of the accident, as he was not yet on the premises of the defendant where he was required to be by his employment; (2) that he disobeyed the positive orders of his…
