DAVIDSON, Presiding Judge.

Appellant was convicted of murder and allotted thirty years confinement in the penitentiary.

The record is voluminous and contains a great many details unnecessary to state. The case in brief is, that appellant and deceased, young men, living in the same neighborhood, had long been intimate friends, socially and in business, deceased being twenty-one and appellant eighteen years of age. There had been trading between them, and checks passed from one to the other. Appellant had bought cattle from deceased, for which he had given a check for $150. The State shows…
