MURTHA, District Judge:
Plaintiff-appellant Robert Rodriguez appeals from a judgment entered in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, Weinstein, /., denying his claims for relief arising from the alleged unconstitutional delay in state appellate review of his felony convictions. Because we agree that the appellant is not entitled to the relief he seeks, we affirm the judgment of the district court.
