This action was commenced in March, 1951. Service of process was promptly made on the resident defendants and in due course on the other defendants, who are resident in the Kingdom of Greece.
The complaint alleges that plaintiff is the lawful surviving wife of Alexander Achilles Vasiliades, late a resident of Spartanburg, South Carolina, who died intestate in Greece on or about September 30, 1950, leaving as his heirs at law the plaintiff and the defendants; at his death the intestate owned real estate which is worth not less than $75,000.00 which defendants have taken…
