Appeal from Circuit Court, Jefferson County. Bill by Gerrard D. Moore and S. W. Washington, trustees in bankruptcy of J. Garland Hurst, against Joseph F. Tearney and others. Decree for defendants, and plaintiffs appeal.

McWhorter, Judge:
J. Garland Hurst of Jefferson county had been sheriff of said county and had become involved to insolvency. On the 4th day of December, 1896, he conveyed by two deeds of that date his farm, consisting of two contiguous tracts of land near Duffields in said county, for the consideration of $8,000 cash and his house and lot in the town of Harpers Ferry, occupied by himself as a residence, in consideration of $6,000 cash to his father-in-law, Edward Tearney, a man of considerable wealth who was on his bond as sheriff.
