delivered the unanimous Opinion of the Court:

This appeal is from the judgment of the Court of Common Pleas for Florence County reversing awards of the Industrial Commission which were made on account of the accidental death of James Bailey and injúries to Tom Faddy. Thus there áre two cases, in which the governing facts are the same, and this judgment will dispose of both..Bailey and Eaddy were employees of the respondent, San-tee River Hardwood Company, whose workmen’s compensation insurance carrier the other respondent is.
