Plaintiff, Inland Mutual Insurance Company (Inland Mutual) seeks a declaratory judgment that it is not obligated under its automobile policy #107815, issued to Bernard K. Davenport, to defend Davenport in any suit or suits now pending or hereafter brought for personal injuries or property dam ages arising out of an accident which occurred on June 12, 1963.
