CHASE, Circuit Judge.
On April 1, 1950, the plaintiff-appellee, hereinafter referred to as the company, and *436the United Electrical, Radio and Machine Workers of America, U. E., acting for itself and in conjunction with its Local 326, executed a written collective bargaining agreement. The company recognized the union as the exclusive bargaining agency for all of its production and maintenance employees “with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment and all other conditions of employment,” and Articles II to VII inclusive set forth in detail the conditions of employment agreed upon.
