These appeals arise from the prosecution of two members of an enterprise engaged in interstate prostitution. Following a two-week trial, a jury convicted Appellants Kevin Garcia Fuertes (“Fuertes”) and German de Jesus Ventu-ra (“Ventura”) of conspiracy to commit, and commission of, a number of sex trafficking and related offenses.
