¶1 On December 25, 1994, Betty H. Kissock (Kissock) suffered a slip and fall accident in the parking lot of the Butte Convalescent Center (BCC) and sustained injuries to her right shoulder. Kissock filed a Complaint and Demand for Jury Trial in the Second Judicial District Court, Silver Bow County, alleging that BCC had failed to exercise ordinary care in maintaining its parking area and seeking damages from BCC for her injuries.
