1 Reported in 252 N.W. 660. Action under the federal employers liability act to recover $35,315 for the death of Stanley Prybelek, a section laborer in the employ of the defendant. Plaintiff had a verdict for $7,965. Defendant appeals from the judgment entered after the denial of its motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict.
