1 Reported in 276 N.W. 281. Action for damages arising out of a collision between an automobile in which plaintiff was riding as a guest passenger and one of defendants' trains. There was a verdict in plaintiff's favor, and the appeal is taken from an order denying defendants' motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or for a new trial.
