Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Harris, J.), entered October 17, 1990 in Albany County, which, inter alia, granted defendants’ motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
In November 1986, plaintiff and defendants entered into a contract in which plaintiff agreed to purchase certain commercial real property, known as the Cohoes Industrial Terminal, located in the City of Cohoes, Albany County.
