— In an action for specific performance of a contract for the sale of real property, the plaintiff appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Levitt, J.), dated October 16, 1986, which, upon the defendants’ motion to dismiss the plaintiff’s complaint for failure to establish a prima facie case, dismissed the complaint.
*556Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, with costs.
