Plaintiff has moved pursuant to Rule 37 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure to compel the production of documents from the tenure review files of Professor Dianne Avery and other law school faculty, as set forth in ¶¶ 1, 2, and 4(b)-(e) of Plaintiffs interrogatories and document demands dated March 2, 1993.
