The defendant in error, as plaintiff in the trial court, commenced this action against the plaintiff in error, as defendant, for divorce, alimony, and the custody of a minor child, the ground for divorce being extreme cruelty and nonsupport.

The court, at the close of the evidence, found:

“That the facts alleged in the plaintiff’s petition are true; * * * that the defendant has been guilty of extreme cruelty towards this plaintiff; and said defendant has also been guilty of gross neglect of duty towards this plaintiff; * * * that the defendant owned a quarter section of…
