The plaintiff, llene Lieberman, who is a resident of Connecticut, brings this putative class action for declaratory relief, breach of contract, unjust enrichment, and violation of the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act (“CUTPA”), Conn. Gen.Stat. § 42-110 et seq., against the defendant, Emigrant Mortgage Company, Inc. (“Emigrant Mortgage”), a corporation with its principal place of business in New York.
