The plaintiffs in these consolidated cases appeal from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York (David N. Hurd, Judge), granting the defendants’ motion to dismiss the plaintiffs’ insider trading claims as impermissible collateral attacks on a final order of the United States Bankruptcy Court in violation of res judicata.
