This case comes before the Court on the Complaint For Injunctive Relief and Petition For Certification Of Contempt filed by Richard L. Redenbaugh (hereinafter referred to as “Redenbaugh”), against the State’s Attorney of Macoupin County, Illinois, Edmond H. Rees (hereinafter referred to as “State’s Attorney”) and John L. Gahle (hereinafter referred to as “Gahle”), the complaining witness and creditor.
