Enstar Energy, Inc. (“Enstar”) and Ted A. Rose (“Rose”) (collectively referred to as “plaintiffs”) sought a preliminary injunction from this court on June 19, 1985 seeking to enjoin Cynthia Ruth Anderton, Richard Anderton and Dr. Fred G. Popkess (collectively referred to as “defendants”) from further participation in criminal proceedings instituted by the office of the Dallas County District Attorney (the “D.A.”) for violations of the Texas Securities Act and for securities fraud.
