The defendant law firm of Wofsey, Rosen, Kweskin & Kuriansky represented the plaintiff in a marital dissolution action brought by her hus band. The plaintiff brings this action against the firm and two of its members individually based on a theory of legal malpractice concerning that representation. Service was made upon the defendants by leaving process with the secretary of the firm at the firm's business address.
