| ¡¡.Defendants/cross-plaintiffs, the Louisiana Patient’s Compensation Fund and the Louisiana Patient’s Compensation Fund Oversight Board (collectively, “the PCF”), appeal from an adverse judgment after a jury trial rendered on November 27, 2012.
