| iThis is a defamation case. The plaintiff, Dwayne Alexander, filed this suit against the Louisiana Board of Private Investigator Examiners (the “Board”) and James Englade, both in his individual capacity and in his official capacity as the Executive Director of the Board (collectively the “Defendants”).
