OPINION

SANDERS, Judge.

In this personal injury action the Plaintiffs have appealed from the decision of the circuit court, which entered judgment in accordance with a jury verdict, in favor of the Defendants.

It appears that, at dusk on November 25, 1979, Phyllis Painter was driving her 1978 Mazda GLC automobile in a northerly direction on Asheville Highway. Evidently, the road was at least slightly wet from a light rain or mist that had fallen and was continuing to fall.
