MOTOR VEHICLES
Section 3 of Senate Bill 550 (36th Oklahoma Legislature, 2nd Regular Session (1978)) which goes into effect on July 28, 1978, delays the implementation of Senate Bill 350, Section 3, Ch. 223, O.S.L. 1977 (47 O.S. 23.3 [47-23.3] (1977)) until June 20, 1979.
