The appellant, Bernard C. Leigh, appeals from the judgment of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas denying his motion for partial summary judgment and granting summary judgment for the appellees, Crescent Square, Ltd., et al.

This case involves a general partner of a limited partnership who claimed that he did not receive the required advance notice of the partnership’s initiation of proceedings to remove him.
