This is a civil action filed pro se by a federal prisoner. Bruce L. Helmich, plain*727tiff, is presently confined in the Federal Correctional Institution in Tallahassee, Florida. On January 12,1981, plaintiff was found guilty by a jury in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia on all Counts of a three Count indictment.
