I. INTRODUCTION

Represented by counsel, Plaintiff Dar-quin L. Phelps (“Plaintiff’) brings this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), seeking review of the final decision of Carolyn W. Colvin, Acting Commissioner of Social Security (“the Commissioner”),1 denying Plaintiffs application for Supplemental Security Income (“SSI”) benefits. (Dkt. 1).
