RULING ON MOTION TO REMAND

DORSEY, District Judge.

On April 14, 1987, plaintiffs instituted this action in Hartford Superior Court. On April 22, 1987, defendant removed it claiming it arises under 29 U.S.C. § 185(a). 28 U.S.C. § 1441.

Plaintiff Bruce Paradis (“Paradis”) 1 was an employee of defendant for ten years prior to his discharge on or about March 28, 1985. Plaintiffs allege that defendant has represented “to all its employees that it provides professional, confidential assistance to employees who believe they have an addiction to alcohol or some other drug ..., [and] that said employees…
