A multi-count indictment was returned charging Deangelo T. Davis, Derrick Stephens, Anthony Adams, Raymond Broughton, and Earnest Wilson with having committed various crimes against Stacey Powers and Kim Duncan. Adams, Broughton, and Wilson pled guilty prior to trial; and Wilson testified at trial on behalf of the state. Davis and Stephens were tried jointly and convicted of armed robbery (two counts each), burglary, and possession of cocaine.
