On February 16, 1910, defendants in error, as plaintiffs, filed their petition in the district court of Comanche county, wherein they substantially state that they are engaged in the business of compiling, making, and furnishing abstracts of title to real estate in and for said county, with their place of business at Lawton, having furnished bond in the sum of $5,000, and otherwise complied with the law regulating the business of abstracting; that, in order to be able to discharge their duties as such under the law, to their clients, it is necessary for them to have free access to the county…
