The plaintiff, William Stevens, Jr.,, brought this action to recover for injuries sustained, while riding as a guest in an automobile driven by the defendant, his brother, William A. Stevens. The-trial court, sitting without a jury, entered judgment in favor of the plaintiff in the sum of $21,888.
