The following facts are established by the finding with such requested changes as the plaintiff is entitled to have under the evidence: A group insurance policy was issued to the New York, New Haven and Hartford Railroad Company by the defendant for the benefit of certain of the employees of the railroad company. By the terms of the policy, individual certificates were to be issued to each employee stating the insurance protection to which he was entitled and the name of the beneficiary, with provisions for conversion in case of termination of employment, into other forms of insurance.
