— In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiffs appeal from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Roberto, J.), dated October 2, 1990, as denied their respective motions for a protective order.
Ordered that the order is modified, as a matter of discretion, by deleting the provision thereof which required the plaintiffs to bear the costs of redacting and reproducing the documents at issue on this appeal; as so modified, the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, without costs or disbursements, and the matter is remitted to the Supreme Court,…
