William J. Keating, counsel to the New York City Anti-Crime Committee, Inc., at the time of bis alleged offense, appeals from an order, adjudging him of contempt, and sentencing him to five days in the City Prison, for his refusal to divulge sources of criminal information about others, before a Grand Jury drawn for the Court of General Sessions. He asserts that the identity of his informers was confidentially acquired while he was engaged by his employer, a voluntary private agency, in aiding in the enforcement of the criminal laws.
