This is an appeal from an order of the district court denying a motion for amended findings or a new trial. The case arose out of a petition by the city of Chaska and others to the Minnesota Munici pal Commission for annexation to the city of certain lands in Chan-hassen and Chaska townships, Carver County, Minnesota. After a hearing on the petition, the commission issued its order approving and ordering annexation.
