By means of certiorari, Alva 0 ’Hare, the widow of James Matthias O’Hare, deceased, seeks to review the order of the Industrial Accident Commission, denying her application for compensation on account of the death of her husband as a result of lead poisoning alleged to have been incurred in the course of his employment with the Mc-Clatchy Publishing Company as a linotype operator in the plant of the “Sacramento Bee”.
