In the intervals of time which have been permitted me from other litigation in this court, since this case was presented to me several months ago, I have given study to the case at bar. It poses nice questions involving § 1 of the United States Constitution and the 14th Amendment and 8 U.S. C.A. §§ 43 and 47(3).
