Conway J, Turnbough, Jr.-, in state cus tody and proceeding pro se, 1 appeals from the district court’s dismissal of his complaint, which alleged claims against Timothy D, Wantland, his former appointed defense counsel, and James W. Ely,. Jr., the assistant district attorney who prosecuted criminal cases against Mr. Turn-bough. Exercising jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1291, we affirm.
