This is an appeal by the plaintiff from a judgment for the defendants in an action to set aside a transfer of property by a husband to his wife on the ground that the transfer was without consideration and fraudulent.

The complaint alleges that on February 13, 1937, the plain tiff in this action obtained a judgment against Charles Belinak in the district court in and for the county of Musselshell which, with interest and costs, amounted to $811.44; that execution issued in that action March 19, 1937, with directions to levy upon lots numbered 4 and 6 in Block Numbered 12 in the townsite of…
