Suit for injunction brought and prosecuted in the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis, to restrain the alleged violation of certain building restrictions and to compel the demolition and removal of defendant's building, erected in 1925 at a cost of $47,000. The amount in dispute is sufficient to give this court jurisdiction of the appeal. The suit was instituted May 11, 1925.
