This suit involves the construction of a lease contract. The owners of the property known as the “the Williams Building” in the city of Greeneville leased it to three separate occupants or tenants. The complainant’s drug store occupies the room on the south side of'the building and the two floors above it. The storeroom on the north side is occupied by a grocery.store.
