The case comes before the court on the motion for summary judgment (Dk.79) filed by Cajun Contractors, Inc. (“Cajun”) and Liberty Mutual Insurance Company (collectively “defendants”) asking for judgment as a matter of law in favor of the defendants on the plaintiffs claims and in favor of Cajun on its counterclaim against the plaintiff. Also pending before the court is the motion for summary judgment (Dk.85) filed by the plaintiff Quality Trust, Inc. (“QTI”) asking for judgment as a matter of law in its favor on its breach of contract claim…
