• This was a proceeding in quo warranto in the circuit court of McLean county to test the validity of the organization of the village of Weston, in that county. The officers of the village were made defendants and filed two pleas. The first set forth certain steps taken to organize the village in the year 1906, and includes a description, by metes and bounds, of the territory sought to be incorporated. The second sets up that relators participated in the election to determine whether the territory in question should be organized as the village of Weston. General demurrer was interposed and…
