Defendants appeal the order of the District Court for Douglas County, Nebraska, which denied each of their motions for post conviction relief. We affirm.
In connection with armed robberies occurring at two different locations in Omaha on December 15,1975, each defendant was charged with five counts of robbery and five counts of the use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. Additionally, the defendant Yates was charged with one count of shooting with intent to kill, wound, or maim.
