11 Petitioner Daniel Pedraza is charged with capital murder, and the State is seeking the death penalty. Pedraza has filed a petition for writ of certiorari asking this court to order the Drew County Circuit Court to grant a continuance of his trial. Because Pedraza requests extraordinary relief, our jurisdiction is pursuant to Arkansas Supreme Court Rule 12(a)(3). We deny the petition.
