Plaintiff husband, wife and minor son, the latter appearing by his guardian ad litem, were *603denied recovery for personal injuries sustained in an intersection collision in a case tried to the court. Plaintiffs appeal.

The collision occurred on August 5, 1966, at a right angle intersection of Grandview and Jackson Roads in Whatcom County. Grandview Road is one of the approaches to Birch Bay, a popular resort.
