In this case W. W. Mars and his son, Bert Mars, shipped some 127 cattle from White Deer, some 42 miles northeast of Amarillo. All of them were shipped from White Deer to Sweetwater, via the Panhandle & Santa Fé Railway Company. The three cars, the cattle in question, were routed oyer the Gulf, Colorado & Santa Fé Railway Company, from Sweetwater to Brownwood, thence to Temple, thence to Cleburne, and .thence to the destination at Parsons, between Cleburne and Weath-erford.
